1. Purpose
These general terms of service govern the services offered by VIXSolve: websites, redesign, visual identity, graphic materials, automation, business tools, consulting and digital support.
2. Quote and approval
Each project starts with a discussion to understand the need. A quote specifies the scope, deliverables, price, indicative deadlines and possible options. The project starts after written approval of the quote and, if planned, receipt of the deposit.
3. Payment
Payment terms are specified in the quote. Depending on the project, a deposit may be requested at launch and the balance upon delivery or according to defined stages. Any additional request not included in the quote may require an adjustment.
4. Client collaboration
The client provides the necessary content: texts, images, logos, technical access, legal information and approvals. Deadlines may be extended if these elements are not provided on time.
5. Changes
Reasonable feedback included in the quote is integrated into the project. Major direction changes, page additions, new features or out-of-scope requests may be billed separately after agreement.
6. Delivery
Delivery may take the form of files, a live website, a mockup, a configured tool or documentation. Final client approval confirms overall compliance with the accepted quote.
7. Maintenance
Maintenance, updates, hosting, domain names or post-delivery interventions are included only if clearly mentioned in the quote or in a separate offer.
8. Responsibilities
VIXSolve undertakes to provide professional work based on the information received. The client remains responsible for their content, legal obligations, usage rights for images and texts provided, and the accuracy of published information.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated in the quote, the elements delivered to the client may be used for their activity after full payment. Tools, methods, templates, technical components or pre-existing elements used by VIXSolve remain the property of their respective owner.
